Directions:
Best applied to areas of pain or injury after using a source of moist heat, such as a shower, bath, or damp heating pad. After heat treatment, rub a small amount into the affected area. Any excess can be patted off with a clean cloth. Store in a cool, dry location. This products does not require refrigeration.
